How to Love Your Yankee Candle.
- Trim The Wick - Keep your wick trimmed to 3mm at all times.
- Use An Illumalid - Use an Illumalid to help steady your candle's flame for an even burn.
- Allow To Pool - Let your candle burn until the top layer of wax pools to the edges. This will avoid tunnelling.
- Protect Your Surfaces - Always allow your candle to burn on a heat resistant surface and keep it out of drafts.
- Always Burn It Safely - Never leave your candle unattended while lit and keep away from animals, children and flammable materials.
- Know When To Say Goodbye - When only 1cm of wax remains from the bottom of the jar, your candle has come to the end of its life.

Most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail 2nd class post. If your order exceeds 2 kg, for example if you order 2 or more large jars, then your order will be sent via courier.
For standard delivery please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday for Next Day delivery, orders placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the following day.
Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered Monday excluding Bank Holidays when they will be delivered Tuesday.
Orders placed on Friday after 2pm may not be delivered until Tuesday.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered the following day.
Please Note: We will only ship to the address entered at checkout. You have the opportunity to change the delivery address during the checkout process, but we are unable to change it after your order has been placed.
